My pronouns are She/They and I am attuned to spiritual and somatic aspects of emotional dysregulation. I owe many of my strengths to a diversity of life experience, including having been a child-refugee, an artist, embodying the fluidity of gender, and most recently, a three-time cancer survivor. As a result of my own experience of trauma and healing, I feel a strong calling to being of service to others, and a deep curiosity about consciousness, resilience, meaning-making and what it takes to traverse the path from survival to self-liberation.

In working together, it is my goal to support you in reconnecting with your true nature and to hold a safe space as you access your inner-healing wisdom. Together, utilizing the mind-body-spirit medicine model, we will potentiate self-healing, returning mind and heart into alignment and the state of coherence that paves the path for lasting change.
