  • Where do appointments take place?

For California clients, I offer both virtual and in-person options in my Silverlake office at 2820 Glendale Blvd, LA, CA 90039. For Arizona clients, all appointments are provided via telehealth. This means that we meet online using a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Appointments must be cancelled by phone, voicemail or via email, 48 business hours in advance to avoid charges. If you wish to cancel less than 48 business hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee.

  • What states are you licensed in?

I am currently licensed to work with clients in Arizona and California for all psychiatric services, including medication management. I can work with individuals located anywhere throughout AZ & CA. You have to be physically located in one of these states for sessions that include medical and psychiatric services.

  • What if I only need health/life coaching or psychedelic preparation/integration services?

For services that do not require psychiatric evaluation or other medical services, I can work as a coach with individuals living anywhere in or outside of the United States.

  • Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I’m an out of network provider in California and Arizona. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for a percentage of the fees after you meet your deductible. I can provide you with a super-bill outlining fees paid for my services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • What kind of payment do you take?

You can use a credit card, debit card or HSA to make payment. I also take Zelle and Venmo payments.

  • Do you accept HSA plans?

To use your Health Savings Account, you will be provided with an HSA debit card. You can use that debit card to pay for services.

  • Can I write off my cash pay healthcare costs?

Yes, but only if you are self-employed. Superbills can be saved and used towards itemized healthcare deductions. For further guidance, I recommend you speak with your CPA.

  • Do you offer any packages for cash pay services?

I am currently working on creating predesigned package offerings. Because each individual client has unique needs, I can also offer packaged services based on your unique goals.
